To Sign Your Child Up For Spring Soccer, Please Read Below

Waiting list information after August 29th, 2008

And are you willing to Coach Or Referee. *** Volunteers do receive special treatment***

	If we do have a opening on a team, we will contact you by email. If you do not reply or register your child in 24 hours, we will attempt to contact you by phone, if we still can not contact you we will move to the next player on the list.
	You will then need to return to the online registration Website (Click Here) and pay. We will only hold your child's spot for 48 hours .(After our first original email) We will also have instructions on the email we send out
	If you have more than one child on the waiting list, please send us an email when we contact you letting you know about the first child’s placement on a team. (email)
	After September 8th the soccer season will have began and we will no longer be placing players on a team.
	Please don't contact us asking if you child is on a team.
	If you are a coach or referee, your are special to us since you are a volunteer. Please register online and email us, and you will be moved to the top of the list. (email)
	If you are willing to coach or referee and have not done so in the past please contact us and we will see what we can do. (email)

Registration Cost

Registration Cost $50 for 1^st player

multi player discount is only for siblings.

Any other situation will have to be approved by the RC or Registrar.

$45 for 2^nd player

$30 for each add’l player

**online fee of $3.00 per transaction**

	All request, transportation and other request must be emailed to soccer@ayso969.org we will not be accepting request on the hotline
	Online Registration Instructions For More Than 1 Child. If you have one child, then you will need to sign up both players separately. Please select player 1 for the first player and when it is time to register your 2nd child you will then select 2 players to receive your discount. Do the same for 3 or more. Please note that multi player discount is only for siblings.
